Vision Africa Sports Agency

Vision Africa Sports Agency (VASA) is a sports agency that aims to DISCOVER, DEVELOP AND PROMOTE young African talents. With many hidden talents in Africa, our core responsibility is to strategize efforts to discover these talents. We have succeeded in collaborating with FIFA licensed agents from USA and Spain to organize several football tournaments and trials that led to the discovery of raw talents.

Our mission extends beyond discovering talents, we also provide varied sports services to our clients to develop their sporting potential. We excel in providing personalized services tailored to our clients’ needs to nurture and develop them to reach their career potential.

Beyond that, we also strive to promote these talents to showcase their skills and qualities to the world. We have built a strong network with professional scouts, agents, coaches, managers and football soccer pundits who strongly support us in achieving this goal.

We have developed a good track record of experience in the sporting industry through hard work, teamwork, experts and unparalleled determination to meet our clients’ needs. VASA is passionate about discovering, developing and promoting African talents and we are open to collaborating with the sport’s stakeholders globally.

Meet Our Team

Operations manager

Bernard Adjei

Adjei is a graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and holds a degree in Business Administration and a certificate in public procurement management in Ghana, public procurement ACT, 2003 (Act 663). He enhanced his professional administrative experience as a college Bursa, a store office/procurement and facility management officer.

Bernard’s sense of humor, a unique Administrator of strong working relationship, excellent leadership, ability to execute tasks and his communication skills have been a motivation to engage professionally with world class representatives of Brentford FC and Cheltenham FC in England.

His effort has yielded tremendous results to VASA client, ability to market player on social media platforms, promotion and sponsorship of players for brand recognition among others. Adjei is ever ready to assist clients to thrive, a start with vasa won’t be regretted.

Director of Research & Planning

Seidu Abdulai

Seidu Abdulai M.Sc. is a sports enthusiast and an accomplished professional serving as the Director of Research & Planning for a Vision Africa Sports Agency with a vision to develop youth football in Africa.

As Director of Research & Planning, Seidu facilitates innovative research and strategic planning and aligns VASA’s resources with its vision and goals. Through meticulous research and insightful analysis, he has shaped our agency’s research roadmap, identifying and signing talented players that have significantly contributed to our clients’ success.

Seidu has also fostered valuable relationships with football clubs, licensed agents, scouts, and other key stakeholders, effectively negotiating and selling player assets to top-tier clubs. With a keen eye for talent and a strategic approach, Seidu continues to drive our agency’s growth and establish new benchmarks in the sports industry.

Research Lead

Abdul-Rahim Abdulai PhD.

Dr. Abdul-Rahim is a sports enthusiast that brings massive experience to the VASA team. Having played in amateur soccer leagues in Northern Ghana, he developed love for the game and has since worked in different spaces of football. He has worked to build a strong network with underground football in Northern Ghana.

Abdul has strong experiences in research, administrative support, project management, and strategic planning. Within VASA, he supports administrative and research activities, and offer other diverse capacities to the broader goals of the organization.

Social and Content Manager

Nana Baidoo, PhD.

Dr. Baidoo is the Social and Content Manager at VASA, where he plays a key role in shaping the organization’s communication strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Cape Coast and a PhD in Neuroscience and Applied Cognitive Sciences.

Throughout his academic journey, Dr. Baidoo gained extensive experience in communication-based roles, developing the skills necessary to deliver engaging and relevant information to diverse audiences. His expertise lies in crafting strategies that effectively convey the activities, resources, and opportunities VASA offers.

Driven by his passion for the football media industry and his strong organizational and communication abilities, Dr. Baidoo leverages modern approaches to ensure that VASA’s messaging is timely, precise, and impactful.

Communication Director

Abdalla Albeely, PhD.

Dr. Albeely is an accomplished neuroscientist and former soccer player who has made significant contributions to both the world of sports and scientific research.

Combining his expertise in neuroscience and passion for soccer, Abdalla joined Vision Africa Sports Agency. In his current role as the Communication Director, Abdalla aims to expand the agency’s reach and impact by building strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and public relations efforts ensuring that talented African athletes receive the recognition and support they deserve.

Abdalla plays a pivotal role in driving the agency’s mission to discover, develop, and promote young African talents. His unique background allows him to bridge the gap between the scientific and sports communities, effectively communicating the agency’s vision and initiatives. He firmly believes in the transformative power of sports to instill discipline, resilience, and teamwork, empowering individuals to reach their full potential both on and off the field.
